Music Director

Myron Heaton, founder and music director, was born and raised in North Dakota. He did his undergraduate work with Weston Noble, at Luther College in Decorah, Iowa. Initial graduate work was done at the University of Illinois with Harold Decker and included two terms with Paul Steinitz of the London Bach society, Doctoral work began with Eldon Balko and included work with Robert Fountain, Roger Wagner, Alice Parker, Rober Page, Robert Shaw, and a master session with Leonard Bernstein, Mr. Heaton's 30 years of choral conducting includes music of every style and historical period. Mr. Heaton is a retired music specialist with the Clark County School District.
